Barbara is our Student Assistance Counselor at the Ocean Township Intermediate School. In addition to seeing students at the school, Barbara also sees children as well as adults at the Human Services Agency. She also provides supervision to our intern counselors.

Danielle is currently working as a counselor at the Human Services Agency and is our Student Assistance Counselor at Ocean Township High School.
Amanda Berger, M. S.

Amanda currently works in the Ocean Township High School and Human Services Agency, as well as being our Township of Ocean Growing Strong Coordinator.
Bill Boan, Ed.S, MFT.

Bill is currently working at the Human Services Agency as a counselor. He specializes in marriage & couples and family counseling. Bill also coordinates our Flourishing Families support group for parents of adolescents.
Don Caroli, Ed. S.

Don currently works as a counselor in the Human Services Agency. He also provides supervision to our marriage and family counselors.
Shari Carpman, M. A.

Shari is a counselor in the Human Services Agency and co-facilitates a woman’s group with Lisa Kevis. She has extensive training in grief therapy and is currently pursuing her certification in play therapy.
Karla Dennick, M. A, LPC, LCADC

Karla worked as a nurse for many years before returning to school to obtain her Master's degree in counseling and personnel services. She works with adults and couples using a range of clinical skills. She also has 10 years experience in the field of addictions.

Karen currently works in the Human Services agency providing counseling to couples and families. She also coordinates the Flourishing Families group for parents of adolescents.

Deborah is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and licensed professional counselor here at the agency. Her responsibilities include counseling, substance abuse evaluations and clinical supervision.

Janis is currently working with our student assistance counselors in the Ocean Township High School and the 5th grade in the Intermediate School and as a counselor in the Human Services Agency. She also coordinates out Healing Hearts supervised visitation program.

Kimberly is one of our intern counselors working on her Master’s degree program in psychological counseling.
Recreation Office

Responsibilities include overseeing recreation programs, parks and facilities, renovations and capital projects.

Supervises Project Extend, oversees numerous recreation programs including adult & youth fitness, preschool programs,and is the pool facilities manager.
